(“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.kevisalonandspa.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. are defined in this Agreement.

Booking Information

We welcome all walk-ins but highly suggest making an appointment, as we cannot guarantee availability.

Number of Guests and Minimum Service Requirements – due to nature of this business being a small contracting business the esthetician can only take one client at a time for services such as lashes, facials, and back facials so it is recommended that you set an appointment in advance.  Kevi Salon and Spa is a contracting business under the umbrella of a major salon so you can find our estheticians at a different location, we also come to your location to provide you with service hence why again it is highly recommended for you to set an appointment. One client service takes approximately two hours so please take that into consideration. If the clients is late for his/her appointment a late fee will be charged to that client as we will be in a time default and may lose our next client. This is cost will be determined by the esthetician on the basis on if the next coming client

is willing to wait are not.

 

1. Your Booking
Your booking with us is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and Kevi as soon as you have received the confirmation of your booking. No contract will exist between us prior to our issuing the confirmation email. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide adequate time to fill out guest forms, change and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will regrettably deprive you of your treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client,

2.    Cancellation policy: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Appointment cancellations must be done during Spa hours between 10 AM TO 8 PM. All cancellations must be made over the phone; Emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation. After you received the confirmation of your booking you can cancel it 24hrs without any costs out of that 24hr window you will be charged 10% of your booked service this 10% will be given back to you if you return to you.

3.    Liability
The client cannot hold Kevi responsible for any actions, proceedings, losses, claims, charges, damages, or liabilities arising out of or as a consequence of the provision of services by our estheticians are the umbrella company under which we operate.

4.    Gratuity is not included. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.

                                                        Voucher Policy

Appointment required.

Voucher/Promotional deals require a credit card and voucher number to schedule an appointment.

All promotional bundle deals (Lashes + facial) must be performed during the same visit.

Vouchers do not include tax or gratuity.

Voucher has no cash value.

Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupons, deals, or promotions.

Kevi Salon & Spa are the contracted company we work under does not offer any Voucher refunds.

Neither the spa nor the Voucher Provider is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Duplicate use or sale of Voucher is prohibited.

Vouchers accepted only from new guests or guests that have not been to the spa for over 6 months.

Only one voucher per guest will be allowed within six months regardless of which voucher deal/company was used to purchase it.

After Voucher expires customer may use face value for the same service at the retail price.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, in our desire to be fair to all, we have adopted the following policies:

A 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment.

Same day no-shows or cancellations will be charged a fee of voucher price.
